Injury Prevention & Functional Movement Screen (GEN10 Edition)
Foundation for Performance. Protection for the Future.
Over the past decade, Creative Dynamic Sports has observed a consistent pattern: the most successful athletes possess not only exceptional power but also remarkable durability. Performance without adequate protection is inherently short-lived. This realization has motivated us to prioritize injury prevention through our Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Corrective Program. This comprehensive approach serves as the bedrock upon which every athlete must build their success for precision and longevity.

The Significance of Injury Prevention
In the current era of athleticism, athletes are pushing their limits to unprecedented heights. However, imbalances, tightness, or restricted mobility can silently hinder their progress and even result in injuries that derail their aspirations. Our program meticulously identifies these concealed weaknesses at an early stage and subsequently devises a customized plan to rectify them. Consequently, athletes undergo improved movement patterns, enhanced safety during training, and increased confidence in their performance.

Key Pillars of Movement Health
Our program emphasizes four fundamental pillars of movement well-being:
-
Mobility and Flexibility: Unlocking tight muscles and joints enhances athletic performance.
-
Stability and Motor Control: Strengthening the body’s foundation ensures stability and optimal motor function.
-
Symmetry and Balance: Addressing imbalances that predispose to overuse injuries promotes overall well-being.
-
Performance Longevity: Protecting athletes to enable them to train and compete at their full potential.

The Functional Movement Screen (FMS)
Each athlete commences their journey with a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) conducted by a certified Creative Dynamic Sports (CDS) professional. This straightforward yet potent series of tests evaluates the following key aspects:
- Deep Squat
- Hurdle Step
- Inline Lunge
- Shoulder Mobility

Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Program Overview
The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) program is designed to assess an athlete’s strength, stability, and risk areas, providing a comprehensive movement blueprint for personalized training.
The GEN10 Approach
Following the FMS assessment, a customized corrective strategy is developed tailored to the athlete’s specific needs. This comprehensive approach comprises three phases:
1. Protective Phase: Addresses limitations and asymmetries to enhance overall stability.
2. Corrective Phase: Rebuilds movement patterns with precision to optimize performance.
3. Developmental Phase: Integrates improvements into speed, strength, and sport-specific performance.
The program utilizes specialized equipment, including bands, balance pads, foam rollers, core boards, and body bars, to reinforce clean and functional movement.

Target Audience
The FMS program caters to a diverse range of individuals, including:
- Youth athletes from early development to high school and beyond.
- Elite and collegiate athletes seeking to maximize performance and career longevity.
- Everyday movers seeking to train smarter, move better, and reduce pain
