Coach Tim Buckley
Coach Tim Buckley is the founder of Creative Dynamic Sports · a former NFL Wide Receiver with the Atlanta Falcons and a B.S. in Biology with Pre-Physical Therapy emphasis from Alcorn State University. Tim built a training system that blends science-backed performance methods with real-world coaching · his philosophy is that every adult deserves to train with the same principles used by elite athletes, scaled to their lifestyle and fitness level.

Which adult program is right for me?
Bands and Bells Boot Camp is a fun, scalable group class with team energy and full-body conditioning. Adult Semi-Private Training is small-group personal training (2 to 5 adults) with customized programming and progress tracking. Choose Boot Camp for community energy and Semi-Private when you want focused coaching on specific personal goals.
Do I need prior experience to train at CDS?
No prior experience required. Both adult programs scale for beginners through advanced athletes. Every workout includes progressions and regressions so you train at the right level for where you are right now.
Is the training joint-friendly?
