The Bands and Bells Boot Camp at Creative Dynamic Sports is designed for adults and student-athletes who want an adaptive, pro-inspired workout. This program blends weights, resistance bands, med balls, bodyweight training, low-impact agility, and cardio. Our goal is to deliver fun, instructional learning and a goal-oriented structure where every participant feels encouraged, supported, and challenged at the right level.
Led by Coach Tim Buckley
Former NFL athlete and performance coach. Tim creates a safe, scalable boot camp that combines fun with results. Every class is an opportunity to train like a pro, but with progressions that fit your fitness level.
