Functional Dynamics (Ages 8–14)
Our foundation: movement quality, core control, balance, and coordination for long-term athletic development.

Entry-level for ages 8–14. Movement quality, balance, coordination to establish the athletic base for every sport.
Program Detail: Creative Speed & Performance (CSP)
Advanced development for committed athletes: speed mechanics, agility, conditioning, and sport-specific demands. Goal-based cycles with testing.
Program Detail: Speed & Agility (SAQ)
Acceleration mechanics, sprint posture, deceleration/braking, and change of direction. Footwork progressions create game-ready quickness and control.
