FAQ

PIN & Sign-In

Your PIN was emailed to you the moment you joined, look for your welcome email from CDS. Check your spam or promotions folder if it isn't in your inbox. Your PIN plus the email you signed up with is all you need to get in.

On the sign-in page, tap Forgot PIN, enter the email you joined with, and we'll email your PIN straight to you. Check your inbox in a minute or two, and your spam folder just in case. It's the same PIN every time, it doesn't change. One catch. It has to be the email you signed up with, or the lookup won't find you.

Go to the sign-in page, enter the email you joined with and your PIN, and you're in. You'll land right on your member dashboard, which is home base for everything.

Two quick checks. First, make sure you're using the exact email you signed up with. Second, request a fresh PIN with Forgot PIN in case the old one got mistyped. If it still won't take, reach out below and we'll sort it fast.

No. Your session stays active for a while, so you won't re-enter it on every visit. If you've been away or cleared your browser, just sign in again with your email and PIN.

Your Membership

From your dashboard, tap Open The Vault. That's the training core. Your daily check-in points you to the right card each day, so you always know what to do.

Yes. The Vault and the On The Go tool work anywhere you've got a phone and a few feet of space. No gym required.

Your dashboard has a Community card that opens our private Facebook Group. That's where card drops, wins and the conversation all live.

Billing & Account

Your membership renews automatically on the date you joined, on the card you signed up with, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you chose.

Message us at the bottom of this page and we'll update your payment details for you. We keep billing changes simple and handled by a real person.

Head to the Cancel Membership page, fill out the quick form with the email you joined with, and Coach Tim will take care of it. Your billing stops and your Vault access is closed out once it's processed, and you'll get a confirmation. No hard feelings, and you're welcome back anytime.

Once your request is processed, billing stops and your Vault access is closed out. Nothing further is charged. You can rejoin whenever you're ready.
