Before your next practice or game write down 3 things you do really well. Read them out loud. Do it every single day this week.
Confidence is built through evidence โ not feelings. These questions help you find the evidence that's already there.
Describe a moment in your sport when the pressure was at its highest. What happened in your body? What happened in your mind? How did you respond?
Write down 10 things you have done well as an athlete. Wins, moments of toughness, times you came through. Evidence is the foundation of real confidence.
Do you have a routine before competition? Describe what you currently do. What would you add or change to lock in your focus?
What does the voice in your head say right before a big moment? Write it honestly. Then rewrite it โ replace it with what a confident version of you would say instead.
