Check In
Open the Readiness check before you train. Five fast inputs: sleep, soreness, fuel, any pain or tweak, and what you have time for today. Takes about a minute.
The System Builds Your Day
The System reads your inputs and decides the kind of work that fits. Fresh and ready means you push. Run down or sore means it protects you and shifts the focus. No guessing, no grinding through a plan that does not match your body.
Open Your Card
You get routed to the exact Vault card for today. Speed, strength, recovery, or a sport deck. You open it and train. That is your prescription, built in under a minute.
