Emphasis Workouts · One Per Test
Six short, focused workouts. Each one sharpens a specific test. Run them in your priority order. Hit your top two tests twice a week. Do the rest once a week. Quality reps with full recovery. This is sharpening, not grinding.
Stretches And Mobility Routine
