List 3 things you will commit to doing every single day regardless of how you feel — things that directly impact your performance. Why did you choose these?
Write down your current daily routine from wake-up to sleep. Circle the habits helping you. Mark an X next to the ones that aren't.
"A (your sport) athlete at my level ___________". Fill in 5 habits or behaviors. Are you living those right now?
On the days when you don't feel like doing the work — what do you actually do? Write the honest answer. Then write what you WANT to do on those days. What's the gap?
