Write your "why" on a piece of paper and put it somewhere you'll see it every single day this week. No excuses.
These questions are the foundation of your entire 6-week journey. Take your time. Be honest. There are no wrong answers โ only real ones.
What is the real reason you play your sport? Not the surface answer โ the deep one. What would you lose if you stopped?
Close your eyes and picture yourself 3 years from now performing at your highest level. Describe what you see. What does it look like? What does it feel like?
Complete this: "I am an athlete who ___________". Write 3 versions. Make them bold. Make them true to who you're becoming.
What is the one thought or fear that shows up most when the pressure is highest? Name it. You can't beat what you won't face.
