At CDS, private training is a Personal Performance Experience. You are never running a group workout. Coach Tim builds a custom strategy creation around you specifically. Your goals, your training history, your body and where you stand right now.

We open up to 5 spots on the hour. Those spots do not always fill, and the number on the floor never changes the standard. Coach Tim treats his training the way a coach runs a practice. Everyone in that room is on their own strategy, and he is coaching it directly, correcting movement and adjusting progressions in real time, the entire session.

Coach Tim Buckley is the founder of Creative Dynamic Sports. A former NFL player with the Atlanta Falcons and a B.S. in Biology from Alcorn State University. Tim brings elite performance methods to everyday adults. His system blends science-based training with real-world coaching so you move better, feel stronger and build fitness that lasts.
