Creative Dynamic Sports Training Programs
Functional Dynamics Youth Sports Group Class - (SAQ)
All classes include a dynamic warm-up and cool down exercises. This program is progressional therefore each session will have a strategic focus on the introduction to sports performance training concepts. Each session there is new progression to learn and apply in the program.
Creative Dynamic Sports certified trainer will create a custom program and strategy for the Athlete based upon evaluation, assessment or goals. Athletes will learn explosive first steps, acceleration, deceleration, and quickness. Athletes will also learn proper running form and technique. The use of neuromuscular functional training will help athletes understand how to have better awareness for sport. To be the best, athletes will need to understand proper mechanics through training at levels as close to game play as possible.
Sports Performance Training
Creative Dynamic Sports certified trainer will create a custom program for athletes based upon evaluation, assessment or goals. Athletes may choose to add the strength & conditioning components into training protocol. Athlete may also choose sport specific guided training based upon their respective sport. CDS Athlete will work on components such as acceleration, deceleration, change of direction quickness, reaction time and more sport based patterns.
Explosive movement training protocols will help the athlete see results at being as fast and quick as possible from the start. To be the best, athletes will need to understand proper mechanics through training at levels as close to game play as possible.
Adult - Private Training
Creative Dynamic Sports certified trainer will create a custom program for adults of all ages based upon evaluation, assessment or goals.
Training may include upper/lower body functional training, core strength and balance adaption. Workouts can be low impact and modified if needed. Adults will be taught proper technique and form for all manual exercises including exercises that use a machine.
Team - Sports Performance Training

Team Private training includes customized programing that will prepare athletes to always be at the top of their game and ready to go for the season. Creative Dynamic Sports can program drills to a specific sport or any other focus points needed to be highlighted. Athletes will learn speed, agility, quickness, change of direction, deceleration and acceleration. Core Strength and Nueromuscular function make up a very important part of this program as well. Being mentally sharp will be just as important as the physical aspect of training. At CDS our goal is to improve overall performance and help prevent injury in all of our athletes.
