The parent side of the mental game. Your athlete trains their Gate. You learn to guard it.

I coach your athlete every week. This tool coaches the loudest voice in their head: yours.
The Shift

You are one of the loudest Inputs in your athlete's life, and their Gate isn't built yet. Your voice goes straight to their Install and gets stored as their truth. This tool shows you the plays you're running on them, hands you the pen and walks you through installing the new ones. One play at a time. One rep a day. Sport serves the kid, never the reverse.

The Truth

Speak the win or speak the loss into your athlete. Their subconscious can't tell the difference. It installs whatever you feed it.

You didn't build your playbook in a day. You won't rewrite it in a day either. This is a journey of reps. That's the whole point.

Phase 1 of 4

Read the Playbook

Answer honest. Nobody sees this but you. These questions surface the plays you're already running on your athlete.
Phase 2 of 4

Question the Plays

Here's the truth most sports parents never get told. You are not a bad sports parent. You're running a playbook installed by your own parents, your coaches and your playing days. It runs on autopilot in the exact moments that matter most: the car, the sideline, the kitchen table. And because your athlete's Gate isn't built yet, your plays go straight to their Install.

Your patterns are not a verdict on who you are. They are a program you never chose. And a program can be rewritten. That's what happens next.
Phase 3 of 4

Write the New Play

One play at a time. Pick the play doing the most damage to your athlete and write what replaces it.

Make it specific to your moments: the car, the sideline, the dinner table. Present tense. First person. If it doesn't change how the next ride home goes, sharpen it.

Your voice bypasses their filter. Whatever you feed, they install. Name what you're starving.

Receive the play. Say it OUT LOUD with emotion. Silent doesn't count. Voice plus emotion is how it goes in.
Speaking it installs your new play. The next car ride executes it. A parent who only speaks it is telling themselves a story. Speak it AND live it.

Play Installed

Twenty one days of consistent reps. This play doesn't need you to force it anymore. It runs on its own now, in the car, on the sideline, without you thinking about it. That's a rewritten playbook.
