How the Vault works ▼
1Pick your dayTap Build My Own to choose a deck yourself, or Help Me Choose to have the system hand you the exact card for today.
2One card is your workoutEvery card is a full session: a prime, your strength work, power and a finisher. You do not stack cards. One card is the whole day.
3Save my workoutOn any card, tap Save My Workout. It builds a clean checkable sheet you keep on your phone and tick off set by set in the gym.
4Change my repsOn the saved sheet, flip your strength lifts heavier (4-6 reps) or moderate (8-10). Power and finisher stay as written. Once your last set feels strong, add a set or 3-5 reps.
5Add a Wild cardWild cards are add-ons, not full sessions. Tack one onto the end of a workout once or twice a week for a competitive, game-speed finish.
