In-Season & Off-Season
Off-season cycles build speed, rotational power, and strength foundations. In-season training shifts to maintenance, shoulder care, and recovery so athletes stay sharp through long seasons.

Performance TrainingBuilt For The Demands Of Softball
Most softball training focuses on hitting reps, defensive drills, and live games. CDS focuses on the underlying speed, rotational power, single-leg strength, and shoulder durability that make those reps more effective · so athletes hit the ball harder, throw with more velocity, run faster down the line, and stay healthy through showcase season and back-to-back tournament weekends.

Softball Speed & PerformanceFAQs
What positions does CDS train for softball?
All positions are welcome. Pitchers, catchers, infielders, and outfielders all train at CDS. Programming adapts to position-specific demands so each athlete builds the speed, rotational power, and durability their role requires.
Will training help my athlete throw harder and hit further?
Yes. Throwing velocity and bat speed both come from rotational power, hip-to-shoulder sequencing, and ground force production. Our programs build all three so athletes generate more power without grinding down their shoulders or elbows.
Is the training shoulder-friendly for pitchers and catchers?
Yes. Shoulder and elbow health is built into every program. Scapular stability, rotator cuff durability, and mobility work help pitchers, catchers, and high-volume throwers stay healthy across long club and tournament seasons.
