Speed and agility systems tailored to the demands of modern soccer · repeat sprint ability, efficient change of direction, and robust movement patterns that hold up across full 90-minute matches.

What positions does CDS train for soccer?
All positions are welcome. Goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders, and forwards all train at CDS. Programming adapts to position-specific demands so each player builds the speed, change-of-direction, strength, and endurance their role requires.
What's the difference between off-season and in-season training?
Off-season is when we build speed, change-of-direction, strength, and conditioning foundations. In-season training shifts to maintenance, injury prevention, and recovery so athletes stay sharp through long club and school seasons.
Do you train both boys and girls soccer athletes?
Yes. Boys and girls soccer athletes are welcome. Programming is built around the speed, agility, conditioning, and durability demands shared across both games. Girls soccer athletes especially benefit from ACL prevention and landing mechanics work.
