Golf Speed& Performance
More Speed.Repeatable Swings. Healthy Joints.
CDS improves mobility, rotational power, core stability, and balance for golfers. We train hip and torso sequencing, posture, and strength so swings are more powerful and repeatable · without beating up the back and shoulders.
We align strength with mobility so golfers generate force safely and consistently across the round · so the swing on hole 18 looks just as good as the swing on hole 1.
-
🤸MobilityThoracic & Hip Range Thoracic spine mobility for full backswing turn · hip mobility for ground force production · ankle and shoulder range for consistent positions · the prep work that lets the swing look the way the swing coach drew it up.
-
🌀Rotational PowerHips Through Shoulders Hip-to-torso sequencing · rotational strength for clubhead speed · ground force production · the engine that turns mobility into actual yards off the tee.
-
⚖️Core & BalanceRepeatable Swings Anti-rotation core strength · single-leg balance · stability through impact · the foundation that turns one good swing into 70 good swings across a round.
-
🛡️Back & Shoulder CareDurability For Volume Low back resilience for high-volume practice · shoulder durability for full turns · neck and elbow care · the prep work that keeps golfers playing instead of sitting out with tightness or strains.
-
🏃ConditioningWalking 18 & Tournament Loads Endurance for walking 18 · stamina for 36-hole tournament days · conditioning that supports back-to-back rounds · staying fresh on the back nine when others fade.

🧠MindsetComposure Under The Card Resetting after a bad hole · composure on tee shots that matter · routines under pressure · purpose, adaptability, and resilience · the mental edge that protects scores when it counts.
Built For GolfersWho Want More
This program is for junior, high school, and competitive golfers who want to add speed, swing more consistently, and stay healthy through long practice and tournament schedules. Built to complement swing coaching · not replace it.
Levels Welcome
Youth · High School · Competitive Junior Golfers. Programming scaled by training age and competitive level so each athlete gets work that fits where they are.
Complements Swing Coaching
We focus on the physical foundation off the tee box so swing coaches can focus on technique, swing positions, and shot shaping. Golfers and parents are welcome to share goals from the swing coach so training stays aligned.
Supporting junior golfers and high school teams across Cumming and North Georgia.
Performance TrainingThat Translates To The Course
Most golf development happens at the range, the simulator, and on the practice green. CDS focuses on the physical engine that powers every swing · mobility, rotation, core stability, durability · so golfers can actually execute what their swing coach is teaching them, repeat it across a round, and stay healthy through long competitive seasons.
The Golf AthletePerformance Profile
The Golf APP is a focused performance evaluation built for golfers. Before any training begins, we measure exactly how your golfer produces power, how they produce it rotationally, and whether they can express it safely. It answers the question every parent asks · where does my golfer actually stand, and what is holding the swing back.
The evaluation runs in five stages, in order.
-
01Intake & Profile Age, competitive level, lead side, and injury history. The lead side defines how every side-to-side result is read, since the golf swing is not symmetrical.
-
02Movement Quality Screen A scored screen of thoracic rotation, hip range, ankle and trail-hip mobility, pelvis-torso separation, and overhead and anti-rotation control. This is where a restriction that limits the swing shows up first.
-
03Lower Body Power · Force Plate Countermovement jump, single-leg jump per side, and broad jump. Force plate testing reads how the golfer loads and produces force from the ground, and flags any leg-to-leg imbalance.
-
04Neuromuscular Strength Isometric testing of total-body force, hip rotation strength, trunk anti-rotation, and shoulder strength. This is the golf-specific strength data most evaluations skip entirely.
-
05Rotational Power Output A rotational med-ball throw, measured per side and compared against the golfer’s jump power. This is the headline read · it separates a strength gap from a sequencing gap.
What Your Golfer Walks Away With
A clear picture of where your golfer stands today, the single highest-leverage focus to work on next, and a training pathway built around their numbers. Parents leave knowing exactly what they are investing in and why.

Golf Speed & PerformanceFAQs
What ages and levels does CDS train for golf?
We train youth, high school, and competitive junior golfers. Programming scales by training age and competitive level so each athlete builds the mobility, rotational power, and core stability their game requires.
Will training help me add clubhead speed?
Yes. Clubhead speed comes from rotational power, ground force production, and efficient hip-to-torso sequencing. Our programs build all three so golfers add speed without grinding down their back, shoulders, or elbows.
How does this work alongside my swing coach?
We complement swing coaching · we don't replace it. We focus on the physical foundations of mobility, rotation, and core stability so swing coaches can focus on technique, swing positions, and shot shaping.
Is this safe for younger junior golfers?
Yes. Programming is scaled by training age and readiness. Younger golfers focus on movement quality, mobility, and coordination · then progress to more advanced rotational and strength work as they are ready.
