The Athletic BaseThat Carries Onto The Ice
Creative Dynamic Sports supports competitive skaters with off-ice strength, balance, jump power, landing mechanics, mobility, and durability. We build the athletic base that carries onto the ice · so skaters rotate faster, land cleaner, and perform with confidence while reducing overuse injuries.
Skating performance depends on elastic power, single-leg stability, and mobility. Our progressions target core strength, balance, and joint resilience so technique holds under fatigue when it matters most.

Built For The SkatersWho Want More
This program is for competitive skaters who want to jump higher, rotate faster, land cleaner, and stay healthy through long competition seasons. Built to complement on-ice coaching · not replace it.
Ages & Levels
Youth through high school and competitive levels. Programming is scaled by training age and on-ice level so each skater gets work that matches where they are right now.
Complements On-Ice Coaching
We focus on the off-ice physical foundation so the on-ice coach can focus on technique, edges, and choreography. Skaters and parents are welcome to share goals from the on-ice coach so training stays aligned.
Training competitive skaters from Forsyth County and surrounding North Georgia communities · complementing on-ice coaching with targeted off-ice development.
Off-Ice Training ThatTranslates To On-Ice Performance
Most skating progress depends on what happens off the ice as much as on it. Jumps need power. Landings need stability. Rotation needs core. Edges need mobility. CDS builds all of it · so skaters arrive at practice and competition ready to execute under fatigue, with joints that hold up through long competitive seasons.

Competitive SkatingFAQs
What ages and levels of skaters do you train?
We train skaters from youth through high school and competitive levels. Programming is scaled by training age and on-ice level so each athlete gets work that matches where they are right now.
Does off-ice training really help on-ice performance?
Yes. Skating jumps, spins, and edge work are powered by leg strength, core stability, and joint mobility. Off-ice training builds those qualities in a controlled environment so the skating coach can focus on technique and choreography on the ice.
How does this work alongside my skater's coach?
We complement on-ice coaching · we don't replace it. We focus on the physical foundation off the ice so technique work on the ice becomes more effective. Skaters and parents are welcome to share goals and feedback from the on-ice coach so training stays aligned.
What does off-ice training focus on for skaters?
Jump power and landing control, core strength for rotation, single-leg stability for landings, hip and ankle mobility for deeper knee bend, balance and proprioception for spins and footwork, and injury prevention for knees, ankles, hips, and low back.
