Is this only for injured athletes?

No. Recovery is for every athlete, not just injured ones. The earlier athletes learn how to recover properly the more they can prevent injuries and burnout over the long term.

What age should athletes start learning recovery?

We work with athletes as young as 7. We keep it simple at first and allow their understanding to grow as they develop. Good habits built early last a lifetime.

Can we do a session that is only recovery-focused?

Yes. We can schedule a dedicated session focused entirely on movement, mobility and recovery planning based on your athlete's current workload and season demands.

Does this replace physical therapy?

No. We are not a medical clinic. If your athlete is injured we recommend seeing a licensed medical professional. Our role is performance support and long-term health, not treatment.
