It Starts With YourAthletic Performance Profile.
Every athlete at CDS begins the same way · with an Athletic Performance Profile. Coach Tim assesses your goals, sport, position, training age, movement quality, and current physical strengths and weaknesses. That profile becomes the foundation for everything that follows.
From there, we build your customized strategy · a programming roadmap that addresses exactly what your athletic profile calls for. That strategy is what drives your Personal Performance Experience every time you train at the CDS facility · professional, focused, individualized work for the full hour. There are up to 5 spots available on the hour, but every athlete trains their own strategy with real coaching on every rep. Not a group class. Not generic supervision. Just professional guidance built around your profile and your goals.
Build Your Athletic Performance Profile
Every athlete starts here. The 45-60 minute evaluation is where Coach Tim builds your Athletic Performance Profile · assessing goals, movement, training history, and performance gaps. From that profile we build the customized strategy that drives your Personal Performance Experience.
-

🎯Sport & GoalsSports Performance Built Around You Sports performance training geared toward the athlete's sport and the athlete's goals. Football, soccer, lacrosse, basketball, baseball, track · whatever the sport, the work is built around how that sport actually moves and what the athlete is trying to achieve. The same applies to goals · whether that's gaining speed, getting recruited, returning from injury, or building a college-level training base.
-
🛡️Injury PreventionReduction & Resilience Work Real injury reduction is built into every session · screening for asymmetries, weak links, and movement compensations · corrective patterning and joint-protective progressions that keep athletes off the training table and on the field. We don't wait for injuries to happen, we train to prevent them.
-
🧘MobilityRange Of Motion & Movement Quality Targeted mobility work for hips, ankles, t-spine, and shoulders · the range of motion that lets athletes move through their sport's full demands without compensation. Mobility isn't a warm-up afterthought · it's coached as a performance and durability driver.
-
🌀Fascia ReleaseSoft Tissue & Recovery Work Fascia release techniques, soft tissue work, and recovery protocols built into the session structure · breaking up tight tissue, restoring movement quality, and accelerating recovery between training and competition. The work most programs skip · we coach every step.
-
🧠Exercise EducationThe Why Behind Every Rep Athletes don't just do the work · they understand it. Every session includes coaching on why each exercise matters, how it translates to sport, and what the athlete should feel and focus on. Educated athletes make better decisions in training, competition, and the rest of their athletic life.
-
🥗NutritionFueling & Recovery Protocols Nutrition guidance built around the athlete's sport, training load, and competition demands · pre-training fueling, post-training recovery, hydration protocols, and the day-to-day eating habits that support real performance. Talent gets exposed without the right fuel.
-
📋Outside-Gym AnalysisReviewing Other Programs We analyze the other programs the athlete is doing outside CDS · school weight room work, club team conditioning, sport-specific drills · so the total training load fits together instead of conflicting. Athletes overtrained or undertrained get exposed in competition · we make sure that doesn't happen.
-
📈ProgressTracking & Adjustments Programming evolves as the athlete progresses · regular check-ins, coaching cues, and progression adjustments so the work keeps producing results instead of plateauing.
