The Shift

You are running plays from a playbook you didn't write. Coaches, parents, teammates, every voice that ever had an opinion about you helped install it. Some of those plays win games. Some of them lose you before you step on the field. This tool shows you the plays, hands you the pen and walks you through installing the new ones. One play at a time. One rep a day.

The Truth

Speak the win or speak the loss. Your subconscious can't tell the difference. It installs whatever you feed it.

You didn't build your current playbook in a day. You won't build the new one in a day either. This is a journey of reps. That's the whole point.

Read the Playbook

Answer honest. Nobody sees this but you. These questions surface the plays already running your game.
Phase 2 of 4

Question the Plays

Here's the truth most athletes never get told. You are not underperforming. Your playbook is running exactly as installed. Read back what you just wrote. That voice after a mistake, that outcome you secretly expect, those are plays. They were installed by repetition and emotion, most of them before you ever got a say.

Your results are not a verdict on who you are. They are the output of the program. And a program can be rewritten. That's what happens next.
Phase 3 of 4

Write the New Play

One play at a time. Pick the old play doing the most damage and write what replaces it.

Make it specific to you, your sport and your role. Present tense. First person. If it doesn't make you sit up a little straighter, sharpen it.

Your focus is the Gate. Whatever you stare at, you install. Name what you're starving.

Run Today's Reps

Receive the play. Say it OUT LOUD with emotion. Silent doesn't count. Voice plus emotion is how it goes in.
Speaking it installs the belief. Your training executes it. A kid who only speaks it is telling himself a story. Speak it AND train it.
