Lacrosse Speed& Performance
Repeat SprintsSharp Cuts. Tough Frames.
CDS builds acceleration, change-of-direction quickness, lateral speed, strength, and conditioning for lacrosse athletes. We teach posture, projection angles, and deceleration so players change direction faster · and stay available through long seasons.
Lacrosse demands repeat sprints, sharp cuts, and upper-lower body coordination. Our system aligns speed and strength with joint durability so athletes finish games as strong as they started them.
