Coach Tim Buckley is the founder of Creative Dynamic Sports · a former NFL Wide Receiver with the Atlanta Falcons and a B.S. in Biology with Pre-Physical Therapy emphasis from Alcorn State University. NFL-tested speed and agility progressions adapted for non-contact play · so athletes maximize separation, reaction, and durability.

What ages and levels does CDS train for flag football?
We train youth and high school flag football athletes across rec and travel programs. Co-ed athletes are welcome. Programming scales by training age and level so each athlete gets work that fits where they are.
