Performance TrainingThat Translates To The Diamond
Most baseball training focuses on the cage, the bullpen, or the weight room in isolation. CDS connects all three · sprint speed, rotational power, single-leg strength, arm care · so the work shows up at the plate, on the mound, and in the field. Clear testing, real data, and joint-friendly mechanics that keep athletes available all season.

Baseball Speed & PerformanceFAQs
What positions does CDS train?
All positions are welcome. We tailor training to position-specific demands so pitchers focus more on arm care and rotational sequencing, infielders on lateral quickness and single-leg strength, outfielders on speed and tracking, and catchers on hip mobility and explosiveness.
What's the difference between off-season and in-season training?
Off-season is when we build speed, rotational power, and strength foundations. In-season training shifts to maintenance and arm care so players stay healthy and explosive across the long season.
Do you work with travel and school teams?
Yes. We train individual athletes, small groups, and full teams. Coaches and travel program directors can contact us for team training and partnership options.
Is this safe for younger baseball players?
Yes. We scale training by age and readiness. Younger players focus on coordination, body control, and movement quality, then progress to more advanced rotational and strength work as they are ready.
