Basketball Speed& Performance
Separation WinsThe Game
Basketball is about separation: how fast you can create space, close space, and change speed with control. At CDS, we blend performance training with basketball-specific movement and mental edge work so athletes can defend, attack, and finish with confidence all game long.
Quicker first steps. Sharper cuts. More explosive finishes at the rim. We train basketball athletes to move with confidence, stay durable, and impact every possession on both ends of the floor.

In-Season & Off-Season

Performance TrainingDesigned For Basketball Movement
Most basketball training focuses on plays, shooting drills, and scrimmages. CDS focuses on the physical and mental engine that powers every skill on the court · so players execute faster, last longer, and play with confidence in big moments. Clear testing, real data, and a positive competitive culture that builds confidence · not fear.

CDS is trusted by families, schools, and teams who want a combination of expert training, real communication, and a culture that pushes athletes while reminding them why they love the game.
Basketball Speed & PerformanceFAQs
How is this different from normal basketball practice?
Most team practices focus on plays, shooting drills, and scrimmages. Our focus is on speed, agility, strength, conditioning, and durability so players can execute those skills faster, longer, and with more confidence.
Do you work with teams or just individual athletes?
We train individual athletes, small groups, and full teams. If you are a coach or director interested in team training or school partnerships, contact us for basketball-specific options.
Is this safe for younger basketball players?
Yes. We scale the training by age and readiness. Younger players focus more on coordination, body control, and basic strength · then progress to more advanced work as they are ready.
What if my athlete is in season right now?
We adjust volume and intensity so training supports the season instead of draining the athlete. In-season work focuses on movement quality, injury prevention, and staying sharp for game days and tournaments.
