Team or Private group training includes customized programing that will prepare athletes to always be at the top of their game. Creative Dynamic Sports can tailor drills to a specific sport or any other focus points. Athletes will learn speed, agility, quickness, deceleration and acceleration. Core Strength and Nueromuscular function make up a very important part of this program. At CDS our goal is to improve overall performance and help prevent injury in all of our athletes. 

*Sessions are one hour long with Certified Trainer
