Private group training can be head indoor or outdoors. Small group training classes are for adults and youth athletes. This program includes customized protocol that will prepare participants to always be at the top of their game. Creative Dynamic Sports can tailor drills to a specific sport or athletes or any other focus points for adults. Training may include speed, agility, quickness, change of direction as well as strength and Conditioning. Adults may desire to achieve certain goals according to their health and fitness goals. Core Strength and Nueromuscular function make up a very important part of this program for both athletes and adults. At CDS our goal is to improve overall performance and help prevent injury in all of our athletes or participants.
