Youth, Teens, or Adults
 Youth Sports Training
Creative Dynamic Sports certified trainer will help create a custom program for youth based upon assessment. Athletes will learn to have an explosive first step, acceleration , deceleration, and quickness. Youth athlete will learn proper running form and technique.The use of neuromuscular functional training will help athletes have better awareness for sport. To be the best, athletes will need to understand proper mechanics through training at levels as close to game play as possible.
Athletes may choose to be Sports Specific or have a specific request or reason for training.
Teen Sport Training
Creative Dynamic Sports certified trainer will help create a custom program for Teen athletes based upon assessment.Teens may add the strength & conditioning component into training protocol. Athlete may also choose to be sport specific. Teen athletes will learn acceleration and deceleration.
 
Explosive movement training protocols will help the athlete be quick and explosive for the start.To be the best, athletes will need to understand proper mechanics through training at levels as close to game play as possible.
Adult Training
Creative Dynamic Sports certified trainer will help create a custom program for adults of all ages. Certified trainer will provide training protocols based through assessment only.
 
Training can include upper/lower body function, core strength and balance adaption. Workouts can be low impact and modified if needed. Adults will be taught proper technique and form for all manual exercises that use no machine. 

*One-on-one, one hour long sessions with a certified personal trainer in strength and condition and/or speed and agility.
