Boot Camp (TBA)

Creative Dynamic Sports certified group trainer will provide a mixture of combined movement for full body adaptations. Campers will focus on core strength, upper, lower extremity training protocols at high and or low intensity splits. Boot Camp is fun way to be encouraged in a group setting amongst others who want to achieve with common goals in mind and general fitness. Boot Camp workouts will be focused by the the day pertaining to particular body parts and total body fitness goals.
