Creative Strength

" Creative Strength or Multi-Sport Performance Fitness  "

This program focuses on overall fitness with concepts that involve HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training, circuit training and sports performance training. Participants will also focus on concepts such as cognitive improvement, reaction time and core strength. Training protocols include balance pads, suspension straps, resistance bands, power sleds, battle ropes, body weight training and more. Creative Strength is developed to build active strength and stamina for sport for athletes of all ages, but is also effective in helping the average non-athlete improve overall fitness.
